This release of the LHAPDF code is version 1.1:
LHAPDFv1_1.tar
(the old version LHAPDFv1_0.tar).
Unpacking the tarred file will put in the LHAPDFv1 directory all relevant files including the manual file manual.pdf/manual.ps.
This download does not include any evolution code as it is
not part of the LHAPDF code.
Choose one of the evolution codes which will also include the appropriate makefile to make the libLHApdf.a library file which can be linked in to your
code.
The desired PDF set files can also be downloaded.
